I was the fat picked on kid who couldn't do any sports and grew up incredibly poor eating bread, potatoes, and candy. At the age of 13, I decided to change and attempted to run. My first run was 23 steps. Then I acknowledged I was the fat, loser and wanted to change and did, running my first marathon at 15.
I have been a personal trainer for over 12 years. I started in San Jose Ca with a very successful business seeing people one on one in my private personal training studio. I also did corporate work taking people on group 5ks and group exercises during conventions. I was the Varsity Tennis Coach at Homestead High in Cupertino for 4 years winning league and going to CCS with every team, boys and girls. I had a Non-profit, Exercise in the Streets where we gave running shoes and clothes to incarcerated and foster children of Santa Clara County.
In 2022 I bought an existing gym in Fort Worth Texas, to move to an area I always wanted to live and to grow my reach of helping people by having a large gym. Unfortunately the person who sold it to me lied who was also my landlord and I was forced to close.
Now I am working as a mobile personal trainer coming to people's homes and helping them get healthy through diet and exercise. I am also the Varsity Track and Field Coach at Harvest Christian Academy. I service the Fort Worth and Keller Areas. I look forward to helping you .
Working with Seniors has been one of the greatest joys of my personal training career. I have helped over 200 seniors learn how to use their bodies correctly to make everyday life more enjoyable. I have helped people get out of wheel chairs, walk again without pain, get stronger shoulders, etc so they can feel confident and live life independently.
I am also great with rehabbing from injuries or just learning how to workout for your health.
Nothing is more personal than being uncomfortable with our weight. Everyone is different and I come up with a plan that fits your lifestyle. I will never let you feel like a failure. We all have complicated relationships with our food and bodies. Let me help you get to a healthier place with food and exercise so you feel better and see that when your body feels better, then you will also feel better mentally.
Everyone comes from different walks in life. I know the feeling of not knowing what to do when you just walk into a gym and feel out of place with no plan to exercise.
